Candy's meditation prayer - 
Beloved Mother, Father, God in this infinite moment in time, we give thanks that we are light, that we are spirit, and that we are human.  We give thanks for this experience.  At this moment in time, we call to the angels, guides and helpers who are working with us in this lifetime.  We ask for you to be profoundly connected to us so that everything we do this day we come into awareness with love & light and see things from love.  We call forth to the archangels to be with us as well and to help us with your gifts.  Today, we ask archangel, Gabriel, the angel of strength and the angel that can help us communicate with spirit and with others clearly.  We call archangel, Raphael, the angel of healing, help us this day to heal body, mind and spirit whatever we may need and to be inspired by your healing light.  We call to archangel Uriel, the angel of wisdom & clarity, and ask for you to shine the light of wisdom on that which we need to know the most this very day.  And finally, we call to archangel Michael.  Michael is the angel of courage and protection.  We ask for you to clear away anything that is of worry, fear or doubt and let us be in a place of peace, love and light.  Bless us now in the white light that we may be our own sacred sanctuary and that only that which is of the highest good may be allowed in our experience this day.  All of these things, we ask in love & light.
